Ronald McDonald House Charities of Bismarck is a non-profit organization governed by its Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of business and civic leaders, hospital representatives, McDonald's owner/operators and parents.
The Ronald McDonald House is staffed by an Executive Director, two House Managers, two Resident Mangers who live on site, and five additional part-time staff members.
